Return & Refund Policy

At NHXIII, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or limited-edition items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange your item, contact us at nhonethree@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If your return is approved, return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will fix the issue as quickly as possible.
